Drug Court services are provided in Greene, Christian, Stone and Taney counties. This program has been designed as a deferred sentencing program for drug and alcohol offenders. Drug Court clients must successfully complete the program or they will be sentenced for the precipitating crime. The program lasts a minimum of 18 months and includes intensive supervision, multiple and random weekly drug/alcohol screenings, and individual as well as group therapy.
